i dont belive its as fast as a sc500, but maybe the new suzuki vinson, its definitly the sportyest full utility atv by far no doub tabout it, fully adjustable suspension, tight steering, ect. ect. and i think there are mods for it

i was comparing the vinsons speed to the scrammys, the vison is the most sporty full 4x4 utility out there

get a new scrambler x 400 4x4, or the 650

what would be really sporty is my 2001 BANSHEE total stock with 10 hours on it. Yamaha blue, that is for sale in the Tampa FL. area. 500.00 obo.

You owe it to yourself to at least ride the new 660 Grizz.Than if that dont work,by all means, try the new 650 Prairre.

They look like HUGE tanks, but dont let them looks fool you. This ATV is pretty good on the whoops and jumps. And rides as good as any ATV out there, and is VERY powerful.

I would go ride a praire 650

The Vinson handles really well, but will not keep up with a Scrambler. Trust me...it can hardly keep up with a 500HO. Both the 660 and 650 are very powerful, but they still don't handle and jump like a Scrambler. From what you describe, the 650 is probably the closest. Sounds like you want a Scrambler 500 4x4 tho...

please correct me if i'm wrong. but dont the scrambler 500 weigh around 500 lbs? if so, the the grizzly 660 is only 100 lbs more, but with all the power one could wish for. mine gets through the corners REAL GOOD. i have jumped it and was shocked with how well it flew! i too was looking at a scrambler, as well as the prarie, and the new 700 sportsman, and just fell in love with the griz. the 4 wheel independant suspencion is absolutly the best thing to come along since sliced bread. the ac 500 is also a great quad, but a little too slow for my wants. the new 700 seems to be a good quad, but a hole lot of weight. the 650 prarie is flat out sweet, but with no independant suspencion, it fell short in my eyes. good luck with you desition, and remember. if your not breaking bones, your not riding hard enough, lol!

I am just curious what every one thinks. I have a 99 Scrambler 500 now and I would like to buy a new bike. I want something fast and as nimble a my scambler WITH 4x4, but not a polaris. I've had way too many problems with my bike (and yes it was very well maintained). I had a Yamaha Wolverine in the past, but it was just too slow. I want something sporty with 4x4. I don't want a huge bike like a sportsman or grizzly. Any one have any suggestions or should I just go buy a new scrambler and hope for the best. Any input would be greatly apprecitated

Those aren't very sporty are they???

I to had a wolverine and it needs more speed, What your looking for may be hard to find. I went with the 660 and I am very pleased with the performance, it has plenty of power and a good top end. We have 2 of them both with 28" outlaw tires and you would not want to be behind them at higher speeds they put out a heck of a rooster tail and they look pretty sporty the way I have them set up, (a real head turner).Keep in mind they only weigh 600 pounds. they do have a reverse limiter which can be bypassed. This is the 5th atv we have owned and by far the most awesome and we have never had any problems with any of them, all yamaha's and one honda. No money out of pocket for repairs in 6 years. and we ride them over, under, around and through just about anything out there. (Grizzd-out in deltona Fl.)
