Save up the cash until you meet the amount you need, that way you can avoid finance charges, and monthly payments. This is what I am doing. Sure, you have to have quite a bit of patience, but it is worth it in case you get in a bind and have problems financially. I have my pickup and snowmobile paid off now, and it is a big relief! I will hopefullly be buying a quad next spring when I have the cash to do it. This way it will give me plenty of time to make the decision on what I will get. Since their are a lot of great choices out there as we speak. Time will tell on how the newer quads fare, such as the 650's, the 660, and the new 700. Best of luck to you in whatever decision you make.

I did the yamaha credit thing and no problem. I would try using the factory financing for whatever brand you are going for. They may not offer the best interest rate, but they are usually more willing to make the deal. It only took like 5 minutes for my dealer to find out what they would finance for me and if I had wanted to , I could have bought two raptors.
I may by another next year after I get this one paid for.
