You know when your going thru the woods and one front tire whacks a tree/rock/etc and it mashes the bars into your hands at warp speed thus you saying "OWWWWWWWWWW %&(()*&%^%&*& THAT HURT" and then you limp back in pain???
It helps stop that. BR>One end mounts to a spot on the frame and the other end on the steering stem.
The Denton stabilizer is a very good one.

coat the fenders with pam/wd40 or something like that...it makes clean-up much easier
clean oil
clean a/f
the real important stuff comes after the race...go over your quad front to back side to side
get some tools ready for travel
I like to be loaded and ready to go the night before so all I need to do is drag my behind from bed and go racing
Don't neglect yourself...the quad is useless without a rider
I make sure to eat VERY well the day before as well as hydrating myself....lots of water

This is VERY important! My first MX race I just ate a candy bar and drank a Dew, and I was really weak. After that I drank Gatorades and ate a godd breakfast and felt much better during races.

what should i be doing to my bike to make it ready for racing ive got tusk nerfs and a kill swith is on the way but what else should i do,. ive been thinking torqeing down the frame bolts like the engine mounts and the a rams and all that stuff but what some other stuff i can do. im going to lube my cables and maybe replace the clutch cable. thanks
