Does anybody know what kind of handguards are on Kory Ellis` quad in Huevos III? They look like Acerbis MX Handguards but they dont make them for quads. Is there any dirtbike guards that would fit? and has anybody tried the new Holeshot MX front and rear combo? Are they better than the Riken/Turf Tamers? And what bolt on motor mods could I put on my R after a pipe, silencer, and filter?

Did you have to modify them to fit? I was looking in my Dennis Kirk dirtbike catalog and noticed that Acerbis MX Handguards are made for any year and model of CR or XR dirtbike so they would probably fit my R fine. I was also looking at 909 Roost Guards.

I've decided not to get handguards. I heard they get in your way when your taking your hands off the bars and are only good for keeping mud off your grips. I probably wont be running too many races in deep mud anyway. Thanks for your help though.

As for motor mods you can get reeds, shave the head, cool heads, as for hand guards i am not shure were at in the movie tell me were and i will try to look and see.

i will look and see if i can tell what the are. i have hand guards that are listed as "dirt bikes only" but i had to drill them alittle to get them to fit but now they are great.

I have watched the movi a few times and do not know what they are. If you want i can probly find pics of most kinds of guards if you want and i can e-mail it to you.
