Either one would be fine IMO. Auctually you can put a 200 cylinder and piston on a 185 or vice versa. I would recommend getting a set of fork extensions for which ever he gets. They bolt on the bottom of the forks and extend the front wheel out a couple of inches and make it better for hauling deer out of the woods.

my grandpa is a avid deer hunter and he came apon a deal of these two atc's and he weighs about 300 pounds and the two atc's he came apon are 185s and 200s and i was just worndering how there power to his weight ratio and witch one would be beter for him
