bring the 110's spark plug to a GOOD autoparts store that knows what the hell a heli coil is (you'd be surprised of the # that give you a blank stare when asked about heli coils). they can immediately match the heli coil size for you if you went this route. sometimes they dont have it in stock and may send you to another store (of the same chain or another) or they can order it for you. i bought a whole set for like $30. i brought it back b/c for my situation, which did not involve a spark plug, i found a $3 or $4 self tapping bolt that solved my problem and worked beautifully.

or you try ebay like the ther dude suggested. i can buy a complete brand new 110 engine from our regional honda dealer (with carb) for a little over $250. if you cant get what you need, i have an old 110 sitting around... pm me for details.

Theres a chart at NGK.com, which decodes the numbering on the spark plug. The first letter of the spark plug number is the thread size. B is 14mm.

Why not just look for a new cylinder on ebay? Then you don't have to worry about the helicoil popping on you.

12.5 mm rings a bell, I had to purchase a kit for my 110cc 10 years ago too... I bought the master kit though so it cost $100 Can.
