well...i the pinion gear and someother part i have to buy cost 341.00 cnd...plus the bearings and seals are about 200 ish..so im lookin round 550...i think my riding days are over for awhile...but..how do they get away with those prices...i wanted to tell the guy on the phone to stuff the part up his pooper..grrrr.. but yeah, im out all

I would try to soure a used unit from a salvage yard.
