Well, if the carburetor isn't dirty, I would look into the throttle cable. If it is strethed or loose at the carb top, you will always have erratic idle until it has been replaced.
You may also want to look at the slide. Check to see if it has any wear nothches where the idle screw meets it. This happens when people turn the screw inward without blipping the throttle while doing so.

the 200s is having idol problems again. it won't idol at all. its getting gas. and the only way it will stay started is by reving it up. when you stop reving it up it dies. please help im getting tied of the idol problems with it.
