Those things are hard to come by because they always run to heck.
Solution: I had to get what was left of the seat pan and apply a few layers of fiberglass to it. Cost me about $8 and about an hour of my time. Make sure you tape up the studs before you start. It's a little messy but alot cheaper and stronger than getting a new one.

You have two other options as well.
A company named Wide Open offers a omplete seat for your model that sells for about $120.00....It includes the pan, foam, and cover. I am not aware of them selling the pan alone.
Option two is the one that I have done many times. Go to any salvage yard and get a set of rear fenders. The condition doesn't matter as long as the cracks don't run under the seat. Cut the section under the seat out and use it for the seat pan for your seat. Works great and fits pefrectly.

I bought new seat foam & cover, but metal seat base looks like swiss cheese, all
rusted out. Any ideas where you can get a new metal or plastic replacement?
I have thought about laying up some fiberglass on what remains of the stocker to build
up a base. Any thoughts? Thanks, 660Rap

You can try ebay to find a good replacement one for it.
