Both of these sites offer direct factory replacement parts that will get you back riding. They are both a little slow to get you the parts, but they will have what you need and a nice diagram to make sure you get the right part.

1986 Honda 200x, the problem is i'm missing the or have destroyed the rear axle retaining hardware. The two lock nuts, threaded collar, another collar, and a snap ring. My local shop says he doesn't think they can get the parts!!! Does anyone know a good website where I'd be able to get these parts??

Do a quick internet search for "atv salvage". You will get a couple of phone numbers. Otherwise, try E-Bay.
You'll find 'em somewhere.
