It is deffentaly not the fastest trike out there! A tecate is the fastest out there in a straight line. But the 250r owns in every other aspect

approximately 65-68 mph, stock. i don't think anyone would consider a stock tri-z the fastest trike, that position is held by the 250r or tecate, depending on who you talk to.

does anyone know what the top speed for the 6 speed 1986 tri z is? and the 5 speed 85 is?
