Just from observing others transplants if you will...you will at minimum need custom engine mounts, as well as custom exhaust and mounts for that too... and as far as I know the TRZ250R is liquid cooled. Have fun rigging up a mount on that little trike frame for a radiator.
All in all it was a smooth idea and I give you props for wanting to do it. Its fesable, but will cost you a lot of money unless you have the knowledge and materials to fabricate the stuff yourself, or have friends that can.
I hope it works out for you though, but in all honesty unless you REALLY wanna do it, just buy a 250R trike.
