I have the same machine. Yes, I have problem starting it also. I usually end up taking the seat off, the air filter cover, then covering the intake to the carb with my 4 fingers. You'll need to spread your fingers a little to let some air through. This always works. I believe its the crappy electric choke. Does anyone out there know of a permanant fix?

I have a '04 Arctic Cat 90 4-stroker that is a pain to get started. It started fine the first week I had it, but now it starts really hard. It almost acts flooded when it finally does start. Anybody suffered the same problem?

Yes my 04 90 4 stroke was hard starting, AC tech services told me to take carb off pull the choke assembly out and drill the hole in the carb bigger, your local AC dealer should be able to get you instructions for this. good luck, if you know anyone who knows how to make these go faster let me know.
