if it's coming out of the overflow tube, then its a stuck float might have gotten some dirt in the gas or something, you can try tapping the side of the carb, if that doesn't work then you need to remove it and take the float bowl off, remove the float and clean it

hook it up to the nipple one

The bottom hose is the carb bowl drain. There should be a flat head screw just above where the hose is connected. Turn the screw in to close the drain, then reconnect the fuel line to the fitting that you connected it to before when it ran with the fuel pouring out the bottom of the carb.

Changing the carb on my son's Kazuma 50 that wouldn't start (valves lash right, good compression) and put it back together and it still won't run. Actually, I got the thing running then fuel started pouring out the tube at the bottom of the carb - but I think I hooked it up wrong...

There's two fittings coming off the carb where fuel can go, one has nothing (just smooth) the other has a nipple on the end. Ran when fuel was on the smooth one but fuel poured out the bottom hose, when on the other line it won't run at all.

Lost and frustrated.

The bottom screw is tight, it wasn't leaking there. It was leaking from the hose. I think I hooked the fuel line from the tank to the wrong spot. There are two hose fittings next to each other on the carb, one has a nipple on the end the other doesn't. I hooked it to the one that's just smooth (no nipple) and it idled but poured gas out the bowl hose. When hooked to the other fitting (with the nipple) it doesn't idle at all.

Which fitting is the fuel line supposed to go on?
