Anything 2002 and older will be issued a green sticker. The new 2007 Kawasaki KFX® 50, which is made by Kymco, will be issued a green sticker. So the Kymco Mongoose 50 also has its green sticker cert. There are also numerous Chinese 50cc quads that have received their green sticker cert. Look here for more info. CARB Certs.

I was looking at a Yamaha Raptor 50 for my 5 year old daughter. Was surprised to learn that they do not qualify for the green sticker. In fact, one guy that was selling his Raptor 50 said ALL 50s are red sticker only.
Which leads me to my question: What is the smallest quad out there that qualifies for the CA green sticker?
