Continuing saga. The cable, throttle cable, that runs the oil pump does not seem to be engaging at all. As I had mentioned earlier. THe machine kick starts and will come up to idle and yesterday witht he air cover off and the vent cover off I was unable to get the cable to move at all. Should it engage as the engine continues to idle or just under more throttle?

After about 5-10 minutes the engine just stops and it will not start. Is there a safety happening here because oil is not getting in?

I am going to try the oil bleed valve tonight after I get the other side of the cover off. Dirt bikes are so much easier to work on!!!

Any thoughts on the lack of oil causing the engine to shut down?
