The above price is a very good price, however, how much did SHIPPING cost you?

2or4,
I am in no way affiliated with Sunl or condone the POOR business that they do. I do however have 3 Sunl quads and I have had no issues with any of them ( except dead batteries) and they are ridden every weekend. If you dont know how to turn a wrench then these are not for you. I am a Toyota tech so anything with a motor I can deal with. SOME of the quads that SUNL has are decent but most have had problems. Fortunately the transformers are the better of the bunch. Although my son rides a DC90 that he can beat on without worries he still rides the sunL and has had no problems. I think you got a good deal no matter what anyone says btu most opinions are against sunl. Just take the time to set them up right and maintain them and they will be fine. They will hold up to mild trail riding, fields, or backyard but if the rider is agressive and likes to jump these are not for them. Normally the sunl transformers go for about 700-800 each.

What Im dishonest? I have never been dishonest although I dont have almost 20000 posts either so I guess MWQ has me beat. LOL!!!

Ok thanks! That makes me feel better

2of4,
I did say what they go for but I can not tell you what I bought mine for. I can tell you that you did get a great deal and it should not matter what anyone else bought them for. You came here for opinions and thats why we are here. In most cases the opinions on Chinese quads are bad. I have had very good luck with them and buying them from a dealer that has great support makes all the difference.

I have 6 children, and will eventually be outfitting them all with some sort of transport; cost is definitely a factor, safety is definitely important, but tell me you didn't go flying down a hill on a claptrap vehicle of questionable origin in your youth....those were the days...
I didn't degrade anyone specifically, I am of the opinion that I will usually take the advice of a person who can read and write in a proficient manner
(as best odds for that person being able to read a technical manual) since all I get to "see" of a person is their ability to place their thoughts in print.
Attention to detail in all aspects of life(such as increasing skill in communication) is something I respect, and see as a key indicator of technical ability.
You appear like you fill the bill of someone I would read.

Chinese quad threads will often get off topic. If you think this thread has run its course I can toss it in the trash can for you. Or I can leave it a little while longer.
Thanks for the compliments guys!!
2manytoys most of my near 20K posts were in the spinzone.

I think it's obvious we have a couple of SUNL employees having a major online lovefest and trying to pump up a little free advertising using these lame phoney customer testimonials.
And yes SUNL's are as "bad as you think"......I have one in my garage and the frame has broken in 7 places with a 50 lb kid riding on flat dirt. Now if you want a REAL customer testimonial on the quality of SUNL ATVs....go here:

their's a reason why you able to buy sunl's for 399 each, sunl's are crap, you need to go to sunlsucks.com and do a little research about sunl before padding yourself on the back thinking you got a good deal (not).

Lol, he is right....
As for your question, it looks like they are going for about 400 on a few sites.
And they are not crappy quads, just as long as you locktite main bolts, tighten smaller ones, and change the stock fluids, and keep up on the maintance. If you do that, they will turn out quite pleasurable!

There's ANOTHER good reason to buy an offbrand! I haven't even thought of that one! I think I may get a mini quad to mess around on soon! Probably a SUNL because they sound like a good, quality, chinese brand!

I too answered your question. You did get a great deal. I also can't tell you what I bought mine for because I don't own a SUNL, but they are going on ebay for more than you got yours for.

Sir,
You have done the research and made your purchase. You went with SunL and you know both the pros and cons. Please, don't degrade others for the grammer/opinions and writing ability. You can read through that...many good people here love to ride, turn wrenches...but may not be gifted at the art of writing as you. Me too. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck and on your purchase. Good luck. SEADAWG

Keep thinking you got a good deal....A good deal does not outweigh overall safety for your children riding the SunL ATV in my opinion. Take it from someone who has been there and now owns a Polaris Predator 90. Some people like to justify how they got a good deal on a SunL for their children and probably own BMW's/Mercedes/Lexus/etc. for themselves. Don't risk overall safety for a deal...check out a SunL before you buy. Check the welds and the overall quality of these ATV's. I think you may change your mind.

Thank you for your input Bill2099, all opinions are appreciated.
I did go to SunLsucks.com before I purchased, and saw the same half-dozen people ranting over how bad the products are...
The complainant's spelling and grammar skills were so bad at times, I would hardly have trusted their opinions on technical matters. On the internet I have seen more positive replies from many different people, as opposed to the same people hammering the brand over and over again. Yes, if I had a million dollars, I probably would have purchased the brightest Hondas you have ever seen, but since I have to work for a living, I thought I would find a happy medium.
There is also a:

My original question is still unanswered by the way.

Well, then substitute .net, .org, .tv, and so on...I was able to find complainers about all of the majors, is my point. I bought my bike used from Honda, because I am not 6 or 9 and growing every day, and I can have something for more than a week before outgrowing it......

Guys, don't take this the wrong way, but:
I didn't ask if I got a good deal; I knew or at least thought that. What I did ask was how much you paid....
If you can't or won't say, great, but that means you didn't answer the question....
Shipping was nothing, I picked them up.
Mr. Moderator, you can leave it here or take it off, at your pleasure, I get a kick out of the replies....
