Lexustech,
How old and how big are your kids? Not ALL CHinese quads are junk. But for 500 I dont think you will find even a good used name brand. The Kazuma meerkat is a very tough little quad. Lots of power, easy to use but not much suspension and it is a small quad. Thats why I want to know about the kids.

Look for one with a foot brake as well. Very important especially if your kid has
a hard time reaching the brake lever.

For that kind of money your are going to have to get a chinese brand. In that small of a bike there is a few options you can take. look at www.racewayatv.com and see if you like anything there if so call John and he can go over all your options and put you in the best bike.
