So how much of a difference did it make? Is it noticable?

Does anyone know how to do the raptor 50 clutch mod, or have pics or the service manual that shows you where exactly you're suppose to be pulling these bearings out at. Any help would be appreciated

No i havent but, how hard can it be? I'd say i'm pretty good at anything I do, if I can take it apart I can put it together.......with extra bolts of course. I just need to know where to start mainly, someone said there was directions on it in the service manual, but I don't have one........ Thanks for looking for those pics for me, any help is much appreciated.....

I did it, it was easy, i just took the parts diagram with me, and pulled it apart. I thought it was going to be hard......... pulled the whole assemby off in one piece and the bearings were just sitting there waiting to be pulled out. Thanks for your help.

I didn't just do those mods, I also changed the throttle slide and the throttle bracket, but it did noticably get up and go faster. And that was with me on it, i'm about 200 and my little brother weighs about 70, so im sure it'll make a bigger difference with him on it. We had already had the big gun rev box and pipe, in hind sight though I should've gotten the one from raptor 80 racing, cause now it hits the rev limiter and i'm told there's doesnt have one.............. oh yeah and i pulled the lid off the air cleaner, that seemed to make the bottom end come alive a little bit more, although I'll have to find a way to protect it.......
