Son,
The VX-200 my friend has been a good quad, but it can't compare to the Raptor. I agree, save longer and buy a used Yamaha. SEADAWG

I have posted my opinions on the VX-200. SEADAWG

save your money for a little longer and by a used yamaha blaster you will be better off, your fifteen and will beat the crap out of it, easier to get parts more durible then a redcat iv seen blasters for 1500.00 bucks used and there faster then redcats

where did you get the idea you have to rebuild the top end every year????????? i know someone with one for 3 years and beats the thing he has never had to rebuild it.

id go with the honda trx 250 if its avail. u just have basic matinence. where as a blaster some one told me u need to redo the top end every yr. who knows, if thats true.

well i want one , i dk some guy in here says u need to every 15 hrs of driving it. scared me off. but the prices for the used ones in my area are between 1k and 2k and there atleast 15 of em.

Im looking into buying this ATV, REDCAT VX 200, im 15 and weigh 150 lbs. (so i guess its good, i dont have enough to afford a name brand, so i came across this this) but does anyone have any information on it? heres some of my questions
1. does it run good and strong?
2. is it durable?
3. does the engine have alot of power and how is the transmission?
4. Is it cheap, or does everything on it work pretty good?
5. How much matinence would it require? (would i need to be constantly replacing parts?)

I heard that the only problem with it is after a few hours of run time you will have to tweak the carb.

I plan on riding around on some trails i have were i live. i currently own a 03 Kx 125. i love it and i wanna get into ATVs also. thanks.

thanks very much, i actually just started looking at those blasters, i found one on ebay for a great deal so im gonna check further into that and im also checking some other used ones such as a trx300ex, and a raptor 350.

yes kickass, its true i would have to rebuild the top end on the blaster but thats beacause its a 2 stroke and they require alot more maitnence than a 4 stroke, but thats okay cause im usually preforming all that jazz on my Kx 125, thanks guys
