Where can I find parts for this quad?
Also it keeps blowing fuses and I can't figure out why? Any Ideas?

The spelling of the companies are different, are they the same company? Eaton VS E-Ton?
I have checked the ground and everything looks fine.

Positive, I thought the same thing after I bought it. When I bought it I thought I was buying the E-ton. I have been curious about the name differences.

You already checked the ground and looked for frayed wires???
WRH Racing or Hetrick Racing carry engine parts. Seems like Eton has a website. You might be able to order directly from them.
