Just got a unknown year, guessing mid 90s LT 80. What are these worth? Seems to run great, fenders are faded, seat couple holes, front brake lines broke.
How does the chain adjust?
Is there any fluids to change? I've found 3 grease fittings on it so far, any more?
On each of the fenders above the tire there are metal tabs attached with phillips screws, what are these for?
Where's the best place to buy new front brake cables.
Who offers seat covers. Of all of them made do they all have stitching that shows?

There is no chain adjustment on these. The motor and swingarme move together, so the chain doesn't get much stretching stress fro suspension travel. The rest I can't really give a good answer for.

Hello, I made a custom chain roller. you can see the pics on my post. Some other lt80 pics. There is gear oil. The drain plug is under the swingarm. the bolt on top the swing arm is where you put the oil back in. The front brake cables will have to be bought at the dealership. About 40.00 I think. The brakets on the front fenders are fender braces. I chopped my front fenders off and removed the brakets. Check the post " some other lt80 pics " for some ideas. On the seat covers you can try ebay or the dealership. If you want somthing custom made, take the old cover off and contact Cascade is oregon. They make the best custom covers. Good luck!
