I dont have adjustable a-arms on my 200. All i did was check that when the handlebars were pointed straight so were the wheels. I only made sure the bolts were tight.

Yes you do have an newer model than I have. Im not sure about the suspension difference, my springs are yellow also. They might have changed the spring rate and you might have one of the newest 200's too. Im not sure but I will be seeing Eugent this morning and will ask him what is current on each model.
Im also not sure about the 2 different fittings on the front shocks. Im also confused about the zerk fittings, mine all accept a common grease gun.

The 200 is the newer longer wheel base model. It also has the rear shock located in a new place and the shock itself is new also. The front suspension is the same except for the adjustable a arms. I would think the longer wheel base would help this quad's handling out and its also a inch or so taller too.

Oh OK. I havnt had that problem but did have a couple of zerks broken off on the bottom. I figured it was probubly from removing the quad from the crate.
Its kinda funny about the 200 valve cover. I just tried to take that off this weekend, to take a look inside and couldnt get it off. There is not enough room with out pulling the engine out first.

I tried this on the 200 Enduro dirt bike, not the quad.

Well, that is very discouraging . Why would someone build an atv that can't be maintained without pulling the engine ? That really depresses me.

How about the 200 atv do you have to remove the engine to adjust the valves ?

my buddy purchased 2 150's they have same frame as 200 what we did was just set them plum (straight up and down) one was ok the other one was 3/4 of an inch off you could see it. as for greasing these are not normal zerk fightings like a car. on my other bikes I changed the zerk then filled with grease, the jetmoto's we haven't greased yet, but will probably change the zerk too because grease gun doesn't fit on zerk fitting.

oh and as for the suspension one bike has an air fitting toward the bottom on the side of the shock the other bike does not, kinda wierd, same shock just different fitting the funny part is these bikes are only 30 bikes apart according to the vin #, we haven't checked to see if the air fitting does anything or not yet.

wmq, Its not that the grease gun that doesn't fit it's just that the zerk doesn't have the llittle ball on top to hold the tip on when you pump the gun, also doesn't have a little one way ball in it to keep dirt from going in. not to get off subject have you adjusted your valve's on your 200 enduro, I have simalar bike and had to just about pull engine to get valve cover off, ended up grinding one off the fins down on the side to get clearance to put back on.

yeah, I had to lower the front of engine and slide it out the right side then I pushed it up and ground off the left fin tell the valve cover didn't catch the frame. it was a pain in butt , but now I can remove it easy, also check your seal in your rear wheel mine was to big.

do the 200's turn as bad as the 150 (big radius) we ground down the stops on the 150's made it alot better, also anyone notice, we have one tire that is larger than the other's they all have same measurements on them just one looks bigger I'm going to have to check the air presure and make sure its the same,
