I recieved my son's ATV today, have a couple questions I hope someone can answer. In a zip bag there are some lock washers, flat washers, 4 small bolts, and two philip screws (for front bumper) and the lug nuts for the wheels. My questions are, What are the 4 small bolts for? and What are the lock washers and flat washers for?
