unless either manufacturer has a cross reference sheet, you may need to do some educated guessing-
an NGK plug number consists of something like this BPR6ES which decoded means
B- 14mm thread
R- resistor
6- heat range (higher is COLDer)
P- projected tip
point of the story is that most of these things you can determine by comparing the readily measureable physical characteristics of your stock plug. try to match them up based on that, and go with a 7 or 8 heat range.

.025-.028 is what we set them at.
