I'd say no.

Linhai has a joint venture to build for Yamaha. While Yamaha parts and machines may come from Linhai, not all Linhai products are Yamaha.

Yes, there are some people that market Linhai in the US, usually under their own brand. Sure a search would pull something up. Some models just use Linhai engines, like QJ and Vento.

Hi All!!
I'm a dude from Norway in Europe, and I wonder if you guys know anything about Linhai?
I've bought myself a "Linhai 300 4X4 Allroad", and wonder if you US-folks know anything about it in the States?
I'm rather keen on getting some accessories for it, and wonder if you can supply me with any links or web-adresses etc.?
Here's a pic;
Is this a Yamaha-thingy??
Regards
Roy

Thanks a lot for clearing this up.
I've noticed that Linhai is very similar to Polaris when it comes to plastic and boltpattern.
Everything else seems to be Yamaha-ish.
Is Linhai sold on the US market ???
In case, by whom??
Regards
Roy
