i finally got around to making wheel spacers for our grankid mini 100 (110cc) i checked out the 3/8" bolt vs M10 x 1.5 mm bolts, the 3/8 bolt seem close enought, i purchased 32 1" bolts , 32 lockwashers, and 16 1 1/4" threaded rod connectors. i installed one 3/8" bolt and lockwasher on the back side of the hud thru the hud , then installed the treaded rod connector, then went ahead and mounted the tire as nornal using the other 3/8 bolt and lockwasher. this gave me an added 2 1/2 inch in width. also using the threaded rod connector i have no wheel wobble. adding the 2 1/5 inches made a huge differance. very stable now, well worth the money and the 45 minutes of labor. if anybody wants to see pictures of how to do it pm me with your e-mail address and i'll sent you a couple of pictures.
cost to do 4 wheels is as follows.
32 3/8 1 inch bolts $6.80
32 3/8 lockwashers $2.88
16 3/8 threaded rod connectors $7.92
grand total was $17.60

I got this quad from Raceway (awesome price...no one could touch it).
It uses M10 x 1.50 (course thread) bolts to bolt the wheels on. It seems all the wheel spacers/standoffs on Ebay are M10 x 1.25 (fine thread) and I believe they will not work.
One possible solution is to get a 80mm M10x1.50 bolt, thread it from the back side of the wheel hub, put in spacers (or extra nuts) then put the wheel on and nut it on tight. What I have found is the bolts are ~$17 I would need 144 nuts (2x100 nut boxes for spacers $36)...gets to be expensive and not as nice as the standoffs/stud extenders are.
Anyone had any luck finding the Standoffs/stud extenders in the M10x1.5 thread? (many wholesale....but no retail).
I know raceway has the billet aluminum ones for $120 for two....$240 for all 4 wheels (that's 1/3 the cost of the ATV!!!!!)
Any suggestions?

I found a solution.
M10x1.5 thread is the same as 3/8 corse thread bolt. (Inmportant: Try it at the hardware store with a M10x1.5 nut on a the 3/8 bolt!)
Parts list (all 4 wheels out 2"):
16 3/8 x 3" long bolts ($0.45/per) =$7.20
16 3/8 Lock Washers ($0.10 per)= $1.60
112 3/8 nuts (box 100 $5.50, and $0.11/per) = $6.82
(it is about 3 nuts per inch)
Total= $15.62 + tax
Instructions:
1. Take off the wheel
2. Thread the 4 - 3/8 bolts from the back(inside) portion of the hub out /wheel
3. Attach 6 Nuts on each of the bolts and tighten down tight.
4. Attach wheels
5. Put on one lock washer and another nut to holod wheel on.
6. Go try it out...
I did tell my son that it is no longre to be ridden by grownups (weight) just in case.
They do wobble a VERY small amount...but it is unnoticable while riding.
We hit the trail with it this weekend.

My son and I had a chance to trail ride this past weekend with these spacers (2" each wheel) and found that the steering was severly affected. He did not have the arm strength to maintain control when a large bump or when lipping one front wheel over a berm. I took off the ones on the front and all was well. The rear did help quite a bit though.
I don't reccomend them on the front of an ATV unless you are not trail riding and only backyard riding...
