Well I picked up a new Kolpin 50cc for my 6yr old. What a great little machine!!! The fit and finish are impressive. The little two-stroke is smooth and snappy. Now the whole family can ride!! He is doing great and has surprised me with the amount of restraint he has shown with the throttle since dumping his brothers GPX 90 last week. Amazing what lessons can be learned from tipping an atv up on two wheels. (by both of us)
Let me tell you, compared to the Yamoto 150 we still have, these quads are awesome. The kids like em much better because of the "pep" difference. I like them because they are so much more stabil.
So now that both boys can ride (both have full gear) its time to tear up some turf!! Won't be long and I'll be looking for mod help cause they won't be happy with stock performance...LOL
Happy riding!!

Seems that the Kolpins are made by Unison. I saw them at Gander Mt and they look bigger than the Kazuma 50. Does anyone have any dimensions on the Kolpin 50?
Thanks,
Doug

Cycle imports
Yup made by Unison. Cycle Imports seems to make parts for Unison quads. I have to call
them next week when they get back in. If you look at kidatvs.com or raceway's site they have
the dimensions there for the Desert cat 50 and 90.
My kid loves his Unison Desert Cat 90 he had is upside down two weeks ago....learned
a big lesson there!
