Do a search for roxx risers. They make a plus 2 riser that would probably take care of you. They have an ad in each dirtwheels.

Does anyone know where I can get some handlebar risers for my son's TRX90? He's starting to get big for the quad and I'm not in a position to buy him anything bigger at the moment, so I thought if I could put some risers on the handlebars that it will stop his knees from hitting the grips when he turns hard.
Thoughts?

How about commercial grade risers or clamp extensions? I looked online and coun't find anything. You would thing with youth quads, and the darn age restrictions, that risers would be a common item. I'm really suprised that no one on this board has even discussed this subject...perhaps I'm the only one.

A machine shop would be my first suggestion. Take the pieces that mount the handlebars to the quad to a machine shop and ask him how much it would be to machine something taller for you. Might not cost much since they are something that could probably be done out of scrap aluminum.

My opinion, and I could be very wrong, is that either the people who have this problem are in a position to get a new/different quad for their child or they see the age restrictions as a suggestion.
My brother-in-law is 13 riding a redcat 110 mkII and he is over 6 feet tall. His knees don't come near the bars but his suspension is probably crying.
My line of thinking with an atv is that the manufacturers don't want you to hang on to something like a trx90 or a youth quad for more than a year or two so why bother making parts like handlebar risers.
