I received one of these little dudes yesterday and put it together last night. Seems to be of pretty stout construction and decent quality. The engine looks great. I have to charge the battery and get some 91 octane gas before I can fire it up, but it looks great, especially for the chump change it cost compared to one of the big names. All the parts fit well. I have not checked the tightness of the bolts, but even the plastic fits as well as my AC's or Polaris. The suspension is really neat, too. All 3 shocks are preload adjustable.
I'll give a more detailed report when we fire it up.
It was a risk, but what the heck? I have friends that have lost more than 600 bucks on one night at a casino! We'll see how she runs today!

I fired it up today. There is a problem in the wiring that is a small inconvenience, but the seller is going to try and help me with it tomorrow. It doesn't have much power off the line, but gets moving pretty quickly once it is rolling. I'm assuming it will get better when it breaks in. I'll be going over the bolts tomorrow, as well.
The tires seem ok and the suspension is softer than I expected. I don't think it would have the power, at least for now, to pull a larger tire. I don't think the throttle governing screw has much effect either way. The remote kill and tether kill switches work well. It makes a buzzing noise when the headlight is on. The headlight is very bright. It is also surprisingly quiet, at least at lower engine speeds.
The deal with the wire is that when the brake is squeezed, the starter kicks on. If I disconnect the wire once it is running, it is fine, but there is no brake light (it is weak anyway). Somewhere in there, there is a misconnected wire. I have no idea how we will figure it out, but once I disconnect the wire, it works perfectly.
Any idea how long before the engine loosens up a little and gives a little more go?

The little thing runs great. With my daughter on it, it gets going a little better. I'm sure it will loosen up a bit as it breaks-in. I'm going to change the oil next weekend. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it for 500 bucks. She'll have a lot of fun on this thing. I'll post pics when I get the chance.

It has about 1 hour on it. New oil will go in before the next ride. Thanks for the advice.

MAke sure you check and lock tight all the major nuts and bolts. If it is a 4 stroke change the oil right away, I would rec getting a name brand tire because the generic tires that they put on these atv's are very hard and make it a harsh ride for the kids. I just put new tires and even went up a size and the atv handles sooo much better now. When you first start it let it sit at idle for about an hour then let it cool off. Dont ride it right away. They are really good atv for kids and if you know how to wrench a little they wont give you hardly any trouble.

The limiter screw greatly affects how the atv will take off, move and top speed. If you turn it in you get less throttle which in turn you get less fuel and air. The more fuel and air the easier and quicker it will take off. There is no way to limit the throttle to get the maximum power for take off with low top speed. It will get quicker as it breaks in. If I have my sons throttle screw set half way it will barely move me on take off but with a long stretch of road it will still go fast. If I turn the screw all the way out it will wheelie with me on it and it hall a$$. I have found that if we go riding he cant make it up certain hills unless the screw is out. They dont have a true governor on them. A governor will give you all the power all the time but will limit the rpm's the motor turns. I would say that as your child gets better then turn the screw out. They do have plenty of power.

Looks like a SunL ATV or a Roketa. Your best bet is to buy your parts from Raceway. Raceway guaranties the parts they sell, and you can be assured they will sell you the correct parts you need.

if its a honda clone motor its probably the same as a kazuma 50 cc i think thats what they are all using for 50cc if thats the case kazumausa for parts for the motor.

i think it the same as sunl. deal with raceway, they will hook you up. iv dealt with some real winners finding parts for a falcon 250, i just started using honda parts much easier for me.

I don't think it is a Kasea, I believe it is made by Mach-Force (whoever that is).
