Ok well i purches a new clutch kit and pipe from wrhracing. I got the pipe put on no problem however it runs like crap now. The jetting obviously needs to be changed. I dont have a manual though so i cant figure out how to get the pilot jet out. Also i dont know what jets i should run on it. Does anyone know where i can find a copy of the manual or could someone explain to me what needs to be changed.
I also dont have a clue how to change the clutch. Is it hard? Should i take it the dealer. My clutch kit came with a new clutch a yellow spring and 3 red smaller springs. It was also ordered from wrhracing.
I keep hearing about taking a jumper off. I took it off on my scrambler 50 is it the same thing on the 90? If so how do i go about doing it?
Thanks a lot for the help

My understanding is the cvt is pretty much the same on the Kasea and Eton too. Miniatvs.com has a service manual you can download under their technical section.
Billy at WRH can set you straight on the jetting (or Mark if he's hanging around?)
Yes, their is a jumper on the cdi that will raise the rev point.

first off the pipe and clutch kit need to go on at the same time. the pipe moves your power band to a higher rpm and the stock clutch setup does not work with the pipe. so first thing is to put the clutch kit in, then run the quad and plug check it. on some the stock jetting will work but on most you have to go up a size on the main. you should not have to change the pilot jet. if you need instructions on installing the clutch kit call billy at 251-675-9906 or you can call me at 228-332-0657.
