Warior, When using the choke do not give it any gas, you can also adjust the idle screw which is on the left hand side of the carb, its a gold color screw, can't miss it turn it in about a 1/4 turn this will raise the idle alittle, if you still have problems, let me know.

Have you done the carb adjustment with that unit? I know the one we had always needed tinkering around with the carb

I just purchased a Kazuma Panda 110 last week for my Grandson and I am having a tough time each time I start it. It seems to flood out every time. Even if I play with the choke. I always make sure I turn of the gas when he is done riding it, and it seems like the idleing is also ok. I am wondering if anybody else had this problem. Please advise and thank you!

Had a similar problem w/my sons Meerkat Kazuma 50. Ended up being an air intake problem. His would get sputter on wet grass riding so I place another foam pad in the filter which it did not like. We have broken 4 intake joints in 4 months so you may have a hair line crack as we did. Check around the base bolts where it mounts to the head - small crack means too much air!

What's your altitude? I have found these more sensative to altitude than others. I had similar problems with a 200, until I pulled the box and put on a small pod filter. Then it ran like a top.

I just got one of the kazuma 110 it had the same excact problem i fixed it by taking off the carb and cleaning the pilot jet it was clogged right frome the factory i soaked it in carb cleaner then blew air through it till i could see light though the jet this was a simple job took less than an hour to do it now starts with out choke and runs much better it will pull up the front end with a little help my kids have had a redcat 50 for months now ridden alot and have had no problems with it yet other than they are a little cold blooded and take a minute to warm up but i think 4 strokes need to be warmed a bit my old suzuki 50 gets hot and starts to run rough and the redcat is running awsome in the same amount of time and longer the only thing i would like different about the 50 is it should be a automatic then it would be a great little machine for 4-6 yr olds

I think the alt is around 500 ft but the pilot jet was clogged with some assembly lube or something like that it was kinda sticky and in the intake tube and the bottom of the bowl it runs great now after the cleaning
