same thing happened to me. Its your carb. You need to clean it. I took
mine off and cleaned it . Now its runs good with the choke off.

sounds like dirt to me we had the same trouble little bit of dirt does them in take the carb off and clean it with carb cleaner and blow gun that should do the trick

so the quad idles fine but when you hit gas it boogs out
it will run with choke on
so what do you think dirt in carb?
brand new spark plug and just cleaned air filter
