Yamaha has a online parts catalog right on their web page.. if you can't get the pics for the badger, try the raptor 80, the only difference is the body panels...

Boy o boy testing my memory. I changed the clutch in ours some time ago....... it is not pressed on to get to the shaft do you have to take the clutch off or the adjuster off? The clutch is on the opp side of the adjuster, I'm not really sure how the adjuster is made in there. A good place to look for info, find drawings/ microphilm from places like Honda of troy, I think rocky mountain has these also. The clutch is the same (or should be) for the newer Badgers. Try http://216.37.204.205/Yamaha_OEM/YamahaATV.asp?Type=13&A=3&B=16 and see if this helps. They should also show the shift shaft in there somewhere.
Goodluck!!
