i am looking at buying a eton 70 2005 for my son and the dealer tells me it is governed bt the cdi box to only do 15 miles an hour which is fine for now but i will want to get more out of it does anyone know what wire controls the limiter or if i can buypass it another way any help would be appriacated

thanks i bought it today and i told the dealer what it was i went and looked at the cdi box and you could see the settings
