Well, our rear tires are starting to wear out on the LT80. We would like to get some slightly wider rear tires, sort of like racing style tires. Is there a wider tire, about the same hieght as stocks that would fit onto the stock rims? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replies guys. Confused buyer, yeah I realize the width should be limited, but our motor was done by LT80 last year. I 'm not too worried about power.

I found this package deal, rims and tires, I don't know..............

yep, rockymountainatv is tough to beat. They also have cheng shin knobby in a 20x7-8 for $19 each. the middle number on the size is your width. I don't think I'd want to deviate more than an inch or 2 from stock size. you can also check tiresunlimited. Another is allterrainonline. They had titan fast trekkers in size 18X9.5-8 .seems pretty wide. their price was too high at $47 each. determine size you want and then shop around. some on this forum have suggested wider tire is more work to turn with these small engines.

yep, you should be good2go then. I'd ask LT80 for his thoughts on tire sizes, cuz I'm pretty sure he's posted before that he's not a big fan of going beyond stock sizes.
