i dont believe the emmisons standars affect closed course racing vehicles

I wouldn't get too excited, if they had a product they could have at least produced a photo of a prototype.
ATK is a small company that has changed hands alot but has produced some decent dirt bikes with innovative ideas as well as produced military motorcycles. They also had alot to do with the development of the DS650.

Anyone have any info on this new "650R" that Storm Performance is working on? It's supposed to be a 650cc, 2 stroke so I'm curious to see what it is. Apparently it's a limited production bike... only 200 total being produced.
Any thoughts??

Apparently they don't have a pic up yet... it sounds like they don't have one done yet.
I was curious about the counterbalancer issue. I guess we'll see when the thing comes out. Looks like they're putting similar engines in motorcycle chassis but they're only 400's. Still big enough for me!
I'm going to keep an eye on this and see what happens. Maybe I could get ahold of them and get a pic to post!
Anyone else????

It was supposed to go to Indy. I haven't seen anything else at this point. I'll do some checking and see what I can come up with.

I think you're correct there racer.... seems to me that as long as you stay under a certain number of units per year that the EPA and other such agencies won't mess with you.

I just checked the website yesterday and saw that they have pics of it up now. They're not very good ones but pictures just the same. Should be interesting!!

I was a little shocked at the weight figure on the bike..... 301 lbs!!

Actually the plastic is off of a YFZ.... I don't know what make.... probably Fullbore.
