sounds like you got one of the first 450's in the us they had all kinds of problems, my 300 is great though except trying to get the suspension working on mine too

Hi,
I have a GG 450 and have had serious problems with it...Clutch went bang, radiator crack,Starter shreaded starter gears,Hot start problem from hell...any body else out there having problems...or experience with these spanish machines!!

is your 450 a 2003 or 2004 cause the lastest bike is superb all the problems you seem to be having were on the earlier 03 bikes, your dealer should update all the parts for you.

You are not alone man....this 450 is a piece of crap....and all gg dealers too. Sooooooooooo much problem with mine i can't tell you how bad it is.....i have 100 miles on it and i have experienced all kind of weird problem from fuse socket to starter to idle position ect..i'm gonna a sell it right away i almost got killed when the fuel pump cut over a 75 footer double jump because of a problem with the injection fuse socket that is to looss and the contact was lost......dealer says impossible to fix???
