A dealer should be able to get you a needle and seat assymbly they wear out and are replaced in the set.You may check with some of the aftermarket parts places like Dennis Kirk or Rocky Mt.

Take the chain cover off and see if the chain is balled up or so loose that it is kinking up.

I would just pick up a newer carb on ebay. trx70 is the same also. I see about 1 a week on there

There is an ATC 70 and a 4 wheeler called TRX, both are almost identacle except for the front end.

Ebay, as in ebay.com , the auction site, there is always alot trx/atc 70 stuff on there.

I picked up a 87 honda trx70 last night. It runs great. the problem is it wont move. When its in gear it doesnt want to move. If you have it not running and i push it I can hear the chain making a noise. I know that it is still connected because part of the case is wore threw in the back around the rear sproket so I can see the chain moving. Any suggestion? Im goin g to order a manual for it but i only paid $100 after a 2 hour drive. I think i got a deal just need help on a starting point to trouble shoot.

Thanks,
Bob
