Triple E and ATV Racing make pipes (I intentionally left out DG). That's about your biggest bang for the buck. Reeds are pretty inexpensive. You can mill the head to bump up to compression.
If you realy want power (and have lots of money), ATV Racing can convert the top end to one from a CR500.
