When you swich from a IRS (Independent Rear Suspension) Grizzly to a SRA (Straight Rear Axle) Rancher you will just switch the vibratiion from the bars to your a$s. LOL
The 450 Grizzly is more of a competitor to the 500 Foreman than the 420 Rancher. the Rancher has less power, smaller 24" tires, rear drum brakes,no low range and no AWD diff lock.
Sure seems to be one heck of a down grade for buzzy handle bars.

Do you see the bars actually shaking when you have it running? Being an 2011 not sure if you have the eps or not but it could be possible there is an issue with it. I would just take it in and find out if it's normal cause without doing that no one will be able to help you much. There could be something wrong or it could be your just not used to it. I know I changed out my grips to rogues and they are real comfortable. I can also ride 100 miles beating the hell out of it riding real aggressive on rocky trails without eps and not have my hands hurt or be tired from it. What were your riding before?

If you are that worried about feeling the vibration in your handlebars - just go out and by a RoxSpeed FX anti-vibration handle bar riser
ROX Speed FX Elite Anti-Vibration Risers - DennisKirk.com
I bought one - not because of the vibration - because I used it on my sled and it ROCKED! So now it is on my quad - I get a 2" rise and the benefit of anti-vibration again not due to engine but the rocks etc that I hit.
