Default Need help with my electrical system on my 2004 polaris sportsman 500!

I hooked the battery cables up wrong while trying to jump my atv now ive lost everthing including power to the displays and it wont turn over its dead. Is their a fuse blown or what should I do to fix it? Thanks!

welcome to the forum. some bikes have a fuseable link in the battery cable line some where. not all off them though. it might be in like a black pounch type thing. the bad news is, alot of times when this happens the expensive electronic parts get burnt out from reversing the cables.

follow pos+ wire from battery, my 04-700 book shows a fusible link and a 20 amp circuit breaker, may get lucky and have blown one of these
