Thank you for all the help. You were correct. By jumping the blk and yellow wires together I was able to by pass the second connection in the switch and provide the spark for the engine and confirm the problem was in the ignition switch. I have ordered a new key switch.
Now on to my wifes bike the polaris 330 which runs for a few minutes then has an erratic idle the dies as if it flooded out. I'm gonna post help for this on the other forum but if you have thoughts that would be great.
We have a two week riding trip in August and want to make sure everything is tuned up.
