Go second hand name brand if money is a issue, I would bet a used 250 Yamaha Bear tracker with 2000 miles will be running with less troubles then a new 2009 China 250 ATV years from now.
My 1989 4wd Yamaha Big bear is still going strong for the new owner and it has a zillion miles on it,I doubt a new china ATV would out last it still.
