about all atvs have a stop screw on the throttle.i have worked on 5 or 6 chinese atvs and they have all hade them. unfortunatlly i have not worked on your brand.
have this guy to look at the throttle and see if there is a screw or a hole for a screw to keep the throttle from opening all the way up.
