Fushin starting problems
First let me state that neither the Dealer or Fushin USA has been of any help fixing the starting issues with the two new Fushin ATV 110's that I bought a year ago. I replaced batteries in both of them and also installed new spark plugs [KNG C7HSA]. If the machines sat for a log time the batteries would discharge. I found a 10MA discharge from the batteries with all switches off. After troubleshooting with NO DOCUMENTATION OR HELP for a half a day, I found the drain was coming from the Safeguard modules. I disconnected the modules and charged the batteries for 36 hours on 2 AMP trickle charge [probably not the correct proceedure]. Even though I eliminated part of the safety features of the bikes I have yet to have any more starting problems. I'm not saying this was the correct fix, but it fixed my problem.
