Fuel, Compression, Fire. You have 2 of the 3. You need to get a comperssion gauge and check what your getting. Very likely you need to adjust your valves, Normally pretty simple just time consuming. You can always check by holding the muffler shut with your hand If during the strokes you fell suckution your valves are two lose or to tight. If you have any question or other problems let me know
