1999 polaris scrambler 500 4x4?
Hi i have a 1999 polars scrambler 500 4x4 and i was wondering if i could use different weights in the drive clutch? the original ones are WHF 10 weights. is it possible to put WH 16 in without causing any damage to the engine? if u think it would be safe what changes might i be expecting? thank you very much for your help.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

stock weights are 10WH (46 gram) on 500s.
If you have an understanding of CVT clutching you can change to any combo springs and weights you want. But if you go too light or heavy of weights you stand a chance of blowing an engine due to exsessive RPM (lighter)or lose topend speed with too heavy.
Get everything dialed in and you can have a monster
