Skip the CDI its useless you plan on MAJOR mods. Barkers dual exhaust make the most power on the Raptor period. The singles I like Sparks. The CT is ok but not as nice looking of a pipe. Power Pro builds CT, Graydon just to name a couple.
The Yoshi full systems make very good power if you dont plan on any more work.
There is a HUGE difference in a good clamp on filter ( no lid ) or eliminate it all together, proper tuning ( ie jet kit ) and a full exhaust.
I like the dynojet stage 2 kits for stockish bikes with those mods.

I would go with Scholle on the duals. I recently had my 2001 Raptor 660R rebuilt and I added the Barkers dual exhaust. I have yet to see it because I have to go pick it up this weekend, but they came highly recommended. Try to get away from the stock air filter and airbox. These machines are nearly choked to death when they are stock. You will notice a huge gain by allowing them to Breathe. I know you only want to spend $800, but I set myself a limit of $1,000 for mods two weeks ago, and I have surpassed that by far. Of course, willingly. If you are talking about wanting to do engine mods, I found a shop that rebuilt my Raptor with the 686 Big Bore Kit. they also added a High Performance stage 1 head kit, as well as a Raptor High Performance stage 1 top end kit. These mods on top of the exhaust cost me roughly $2,200 but my bike is the way I want it now.

any exhaust u put on ur raptor will give it more power but i would recommend at least a full exhaust. Yamaha has the most restricted exhaust on the market. when u do the exhaust you will have to rejet so u will require the jet kit.
as for the air filter i'd look for the set up so that ur air filter is clamped in your air box instead of the stock setup. cause otherwise u have to butcher ur lid and if u mess with water to muck i'd forget about the k&n and run a 2 stage foam.
the cdi box, just forget about it, it's a waste of money in my opinion. all it does is allow the motor to pull even more rpm's and it can b rough on engine that is internally stock

I wouldn't get the rev box because the raptor is not meant to be high end like the 450s they are better a gear higher and pull through the gears because of the torque id just get a full exhaust which will be 500-600 and depending on the air filter i would definetly go with the clamp on mod and that will be under a hundred
