first thing to check is the float level and make sure the needle and seat are good if you didnt replace them

Did you just check or did you replace needle and seat? If seat egg shaped or wear marks visible inside, Usually the main problem for carb puking gas! Easy way to check float level is when carb upside down,WITH float needle COMPRESSED,float should be LEVEL with carb body. Is carb vent tube on right side of carb open and not burnt from touching exhaust? Have had a few of these. 1 1/2-2 turns out on air/fuel screw. IS compression at least 100 psi also?

i have rebuilt the whole thing from jets to floats would you have a repair manual or a place on line where i could find specs and repair info and i was also wondering if its posible to remove oil pump and just make a plate that would go over it because my fuel pump recently gave in and i had to rebuild the engine.

Oil pumps USUALLY pretty durable, have had a lot of people blame pump for worn pistons or seizures,But any thing possible! Clymer or Haynes manuals available. Can check pump if you get carb problem resolved by premixing tank of gas 50-1 ratio, bleed pump, hold pump arm ALL the way up at idle, disconnect oil line at cylinder base, should have small amount of oil coming out,IF does then pump ok. If determined to premix, can make a block off plate and gasket to cover pump area and also MUST block off small oil inlet at base of cylinder! PS you said "fuel" pump gave out, I'm sure you MEANT to say oil pump! Good luck
